PA13NA PA12 PA13 PA10

Payne PA16NA Air Conditioner

With Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 16, the PA16NA is Payne’s most energy efficient cooling system. This model comes standard with a dense grille for greater protection of the unit’s outside coil. The PA16NA also features a compressor with built-in protective features for quiet and reliable operation. Low maintenance and a durable, corrosion-resistant paint finish are additional benefits of this Energy Star approved model.

Payne PA13N Air Conditioner

The PA13N uses noise-absorbing isolation pads and specially designed fan blades for whisper-quiet operation. The unit carries a SEER rating of 13 and is equipped with a standard grill for coil protection with the option of a more dense grill. Similar to the PA16NA, this model features minimal maintenance, built-in compressor protection, and a durable paint finish.

Payne PA3H Packaged Air Conditioner

Payne’s most versatile cooling unit, the PA3H, can be installed as both a ground and rooftop air conditioning unit. It operaates with a SEER 13 cooling system and boasts extreme durability against severe weather with a rust-free composite base, and metal base rails for added stability and ease of maintenance. The PA3H also features an insulated cabinet for quiet operation and an optional electric heat accessory package.

Payne PA3Z Packaged Air Conditioner

The PA3Z offers an economical option for an energy efficient packaged air cooling system. Similar to the PA3H, this model has a SEER rating of 13 and a durable, rust-free foundation and body. The PA3Z also has a 32″ narrow cabinet design, ideal for small properties and zero lot line installations.

Care and Maintenance

Payne recommends cleaning or changing the indoor filter regularly to ensure the air conditioning unit is running at maximum efficiency. Homeowners should also clear the area surrounding the air conditioning unit to give it unrestricted airflow at all times.

In addition, air conditioning units should be inspected once a year, or at least once every other year, by a service technician. Routine dealer maintenance should detail a complete overview of the system’s components and any necessary repairs to adjustments.

Warranty

Payne offers a 10-year, nontransferable limited warranty with all air conditioning units. The original homeowner must register the product within 90 days of installation to receive the full 10-year coverage. If a unit is not registered within 90 days, the warranty period is 5 years from the date of installation.

I can't believe this, the unit was installed a year and a half ago, and now not only they don't cover it, but we also paid 5k and now they don't want to fix it because it's no longer warranty. Horrible company.

I had a Payne 4 ton ac unit. I bought and installed in August 2018. Three days ago the compressor stopped and needs to be replaced, the company said that I have to wait more than one month to get it.

"Lowest customer care"

I asked my vendor to contact to their customer relation center to ask for parts for my ac, which is still under warranty, and they simply denied and said it's warranty has passed! I contacted them myself and provided them with all needed information, including the manufacturer, installation dates, and specifically the date I moved in to this place and the guy on the phone confirmed that your unit has warranty. When my vendor called back to order the parts, they said the unit is not under warranty, as the warranty can not be transferred to you as the new home owner! This means that the previous owner can use his warranty only if he could carry the unit to his new place, otherwise, Payne system is just money trap without any basic support. There is a high possibility this company can be sued in Canada, which is the only good news dealing with them!
