Bryant Furnace Reviews

"Noisy, hate it"

2.0 rating
Somewhat Unsatisfied

Instead of getting our furnace repaired, bought a new Bryant. Model 925s Preferred, as well as new hot water gas heater and air conditioner. All Bryant. Brochure says ” …allows quiet operation” which is not true. Furnace room is under master bedroom and yes occasionally used to hear old furnace but this one runs and runs for well over thirty minutes and the noise wakes me up and keeps me awake night after night. After terrible noise from hot water tank and having no hot water four times, we gave it away and bought a nice silent reliable electric one. Wish we could do same with furnace. Air cond. Is ok but if you are near it in the Summer you jump out of your skin when it bangs on and off. Ear plugs should be supplied! Not sure if the large pipe brings in too much freezing air to heat up… The company didn’t seem to care to explain after the three items were installed and paid for. Not happy.
