Other TM9 Reviews

The TM9 series is generally well-received around the web. Review sites such as webhvac.com note the variety of options Evcon-Coleman provides homeowners and state that homeowners can find products for all climates and price points. Gasfurnaceguide.com also rates this series highly, citing the modulating unit for its high efficiency and enhanced climate control. A good warranty and the EcoTrak function are mentioned as additional perks to this series.

Despite the positive feedback, some contractors on online discussion forums recommend other brands over Evcon-Coleman. In fact, one technician who works for Evcon-Coleman parent company Johnson Controls recommends that company’s York product over an Evcon-Coleman furnace in terms of quality. Although this and other techs mention the brand is generally of good quality, it is noted that other brands may provide better performance.
