Goodman Furnace Reviews

"Trouble with furnaces after 4 years"

1.0 rating
Very Unsatisfied

The furnace in our house was installed shortly after the house was built in 2009. In 2013 it stopped working. It would not light when the thermostat called for heat. The furnace tech did a lot of troubleshooting and determined it was either the gas valve of the main board. He could replace them individually to see which one it was or replace them both at the same time which would save us some money if he ended up replacing both anyways. He called Goodman and they gave him no guidance on which component could be causing the issue. We had him replace both components. Works fine now but I don’t think we should have issues with a furnace after only 4 years of use.
