"Just bad brand."

Have had nothing but problems. In five years this thing has cost me so much money. 3 blower motors, Freon leaks twice. Seems everything is either not covered or costs me 300.00 each time to file warranty paperwork. I am just sick. Just paid 736.00 for Freon leak. Just bad, bad news all around. What can I do?

Our Comfortmaker hp was installed in June 2015. In 2017, the outside condenser fan went out. Cost to replace: $350 labor. Today, the inside heat exchanger is leaking. Cost to replace: $750 labor. This is not a product built to last. Very dissatisfied.

"This unit is a lemon. Very defective"

Very Unsatisfied

This unit has not worked properly since the very beginning. There is always a problem, and the contractor who installed it will not do anything. The heat strips are not working properly and every year our electric bill is more than three or four times per month than in warm weather months. We cannot get warm air, it blows cold, and we freeze every winter. Two weeks ago, the ac stopped working. Fan motor burned out. Had no ac for 11 days. Contractor would not repair it. Had to get another contractor to help us get it fixed and it is under warranty. Only 4 years old. Paid over $10,000 and am very unsatisfied. Since day 1. I wanted a gas pack, but the contractor refused to install one, and said this was more efficient. We have been ripped off, and it has cost us thousands in utility bills over the 4 year period since we got it installed. Somebody needs to contact us and help resolve the problems with this unit. It has been a lemon since day one.

"Very satisfied with this unit!"

5.0 rating
Very Satisfied

We purchased this unit 2 months ago and we recently got our electric bill and it was half the price it normally is. The best benefit of this unit is having the 10 year no hassle warranty. We have been very satisfied with the efficiency and all of the functions the system has to offer.
